Acceptable items

  1. Regular packaging is limited in size of 1’ x 1’ around and 2 kg in weight. Additional charges will be charged if the packaging exceeds the regular limit.
  2. After pickup, the items will be delivered safely within the given time as per the terms.
  3. Customers are required to submit the item they wish to deliver 1-hour prior to us from our App.
  4. The item will be picked up from sender free of charge.

Delivering the item

  1. The item sender has to make extra sure they pack the item carefully and the address provided is correct.
  2. The sender has to specify whether the item is fragile, and if yes, the sender has to pack it carefully and label the details.
  3. If the delivery has to be done via the Highway Express Car Gate, our team will notify the recipient about the item being accepted by the Car Gate and that the item is successfully delivered to the Car Gate.
  4. The items will be delivered safely and securely within the given time and delivery that are submitted after 4 PM of everyday will be delivered on the next day.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Quick Delivery will only take responsible for the damages caused while delivering the item and resolve the dispute as per given terms.
  2. Quick Delivery will take 100% responsibility for item price described while in transit and the item is insured within the described terms
  3. For regular items, the damage amount will be the 10 times of the delivery fees.
  4. Quick Delivery will not take responsible for the damaged items inside except packaging.
  5. Quick Delivery will not take any responsible for any damage done by the Highway Express Cars.
  6. If the item’s price is lower than the 10 th times of the delivery fees, Quick will only refund the original amount of the item.
  7. Quick will not refund for the items that have been picked up.
  8. Quick will not take any responsible for the damage done to the items that have been received by the recipient.
  9. It is the responsibility of the sender if the item is a valuable and/or irreplaceable.
  10. Quick Delivery Team will try 2 attempts to deliver the item/s to the recipient. In the case of unsuccessful delivery attempts of which the recipient is unavailable to receive or the person is not in the address provided, the team will collect the redelivery fees from the sender from 3 rd attempt onwards with either 50% or 100% of delivery fee.
  11. Any changes not from the Quick Delivery Team after Quick Delivery team have picked up the item from the sender such as sender no longer want the item/s to be delivered or the recipient no longer wants the item/s, wrong item, recipient declining to receive the item and sender or recipient wanting to change address such that the sender want to cancel the delivery whether the item is not delivered or it’s in the transit, the sender have to pay Quick Delivery extra charges.
  12. Quick Delivery doesn’t allow valuable items such as Money, Gold, Silver, Jewelry and explosive chemical items, items made from ceramic and glassware.
  13. We have special delivery services for Perishable Foods, Medical items and Liquids.
  14. Quick Delivery reserve the right to cancel the delivery for valid reasons.
  15. The Sender is requested to fill the particulars correctly. Quick Delivery takes no responsibility for any dispute happened because of incorrect information provided to us.
  16. Quick Delivery doesn’t allow Goods that are prohibited by law. If necessary, for security reasons, the sender have to allow to open the packaging by the authorities. If it is deemed that the item is somehow affecting the law, it will be the responsibility of only the sender.
  17. For the collected payment from the recipient, the sender doesn’t need to pay to Quick Delivery Team for any other charges except for the charges incurred by the Bank (or) online payment transfer charges fees.
